The United Vodka ceremony took place on 21 May 2011 in Cannes, France during the well known Cannes Film Festival where not only people from the show business and TV world gathered, but also where the winners of the United Vodka competition received  trophies in the exquisite environment of the Carlton Hotel International.

On this 11th year of International competitions trophies were awarded to three Slovak companies, one of them being KARLOFF Ltd.   KARLOFF entered three products into the competition and all of them won awards.

Results:
  • KARLOFF CONTINUUM PREMIUM VODKA 40% was awarded a gold medal for quality
  • KARLOFF TATRATEA 52% ORIGINAL was awarded two  medals – silver for quality and gold for design
  • SUAVE MARZIPAN LIQUEUR 25% was awarded a silver medal.

With this number of awards KARLOFF became one of the most successful companies of this 11th annual competition.
“The United Vodka competition mostly specializes in Vodkas.  Companies entering the products are mostly producers from the Old Russian Union. Because of this fact we entered KARLOFF CONTINUUM PREMIUM VODKA  into this competition, as we wanted to get a real opinion from Russian experts. Receiving the gold medal is ultimate confirmation of the unique qualities of our Premium Vodka CONTINUUM” said Mr. Jan Semanak, CEO of KARLOFF Ltd.

Although Vodkas dominated the competition, by the end of the ceremony interest was generated in TATRATEA 52% ORIGINAL because of its uniqueness.
