Grandiose autumn - Pentawards and more
TATRATEA collects awardsPentawards is the first and only worldwide competition exclusively devoted to packaging design in all its forms. It is open to everybody in all countries who are associated with the creation and marketing of packaging. On 30th September, Mr. Ján Semaňák was awarded in Shaghai with the golden medal Pentawards for TATRATEA, which crowned his work of the last two years.
Packaging design from the world was judged by a likewise international jury that selected the winners in accordance with the creative quality of the work submitted. The winners receives bronze, silver, gold, platinum and the best of best a diamond Pentaward. The producers and clients of the packaging design are able to compare the creations from all over the world while taking part in this competition. TATRATEA has stood up in its section of drinks to the world brand competitors such as Evian.

The early autumn favoured TATRATEA also in other competitions. Apart from the internationally recognized Germany originating award red dot, which we describe in a separate article, the TATRATEA is very happy to obtain the award from Paris: SIAL Trends & Innovations Award. This competition took place within the SIAL, one the biggest food fair trades of the world. Company Karloff will there exhibit its products from October 17, 2010 until October 21, 2010, during which on the October 18 it will accept the award. We won´t forget the Slovenian Packaging Oscar awarded to Mr. Semanak, the Karloff CEO, at the end of August in Gornja Radgona which has capped the awards series.
