INTERNATIONAL TASTE & QUALITY INSTITUTE (ITQI) - is a leading independent institute of chefs and sommeliers, focused on testing, measurement and presentation of food and drinks quality. It is held annually in Brussels.
The jury is composed of 120 best chefs and sommeliers, which come from 12 major European countries, from the renowned culinary associations and associations.
