Shipment conditions

We ship to final consumers to the following countries:


SLOVAK REPUBLIC.

Within the SLOVAK REPUBLIC, the Karloff company makes use of courier services   (DPD, TNT, own vehicles, etc.). Engaging a courier is one of the fastest ways how to deliver the goods. The entire process runs like this: upon receipt of customer’s payment for goods which needs to cover the packing and shipping, too, the ordered products are dispatched and picked by the courier and delivered directly to customer’s address within 42 hours at the latest. With order worth up to 33.20 EUR, the customer also pays handling fee amounting to   9.96 EUR including VAT for packing and shipping. With order exceeding 33.20 EUR , the customer is awarded a bonus – he is not charged packing and shipping fee (valid in SR only). 


THE CZECH REPUBLIC, AUSTRIA, GERMANY, POLAND
Transport to these countries is subject to the special conditions. The company Karloff provides delivery of ordered products to these countries and makes charge for packaging and transport costs:
