Form of payment: You can use the following modes of payment in our e-shop:

•    DIRECT TRANSFER FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT (TATRAPAY) – with this method of payment the customer transfers through Tatrabank, with whom he holds his account and e-banking right, required amount to the KARLOFF shop account. The entire transaction takes place through TatraBank, warranting safety and correctness thereof. Upon successful remittance of required amount, you will be redirected back to our website. Immediately upon receipt of the stated amount of money, the goods are packed, shipped and supplied in accordance with our shipping conditions.

•    DEPOSITING OUR BANK ACCOUNT (by direct deposit to our account from your bank, post office) – when using this method, the customer transfers the required sum of money to KARLOFF account using postal banking services or services of his own bank. Use your order number which appears on the screen as variable symbol to identify your payment. You will receive our account number to your electronic mailbox upon placing your order. Immediately upon receipt of the required amount, the goods are packed, shipped and supplied in accordance with our shipping conditions.

•    PAYING FROM ABROAD – if you are transfering your money from abroad, please, use the following codes (TATRABANKA): IBAN: SK35 1100 0000 0026 2780 4079  and BIC: TATRSKBX
